The camp brought together young women from all over Poland, offering them the opportunity to develop their technical and soft skills through specialised workshops, mentoring sessions, and meetings with inspiring experts from the technology industry. Participation in the event also provided an opportunity to build a valuable network and consciously plan a future career in the technology sector.
'Taking part in Women in Tech Camp was an extremely valuable experience for me, enabling me to view my professional future from a completely new perspective. The camp gave me the opportunity to develop my technical skills, particularly in programming, as well as my interpersonal skills, and to network with other participants. Conversations with mentors working in the technology industry showed me the diversity of career paths and emphasised the importance of being open to new challenges," says Katarzyna Bodys.
The camp took place from 2 to 5 December 2025 in Bukowina Tatrzańska.
Ms Bodys is studying two subjects at the West Pomeranian University of Technology: Mechatronics and Management and Production Engineering, and she is also an active member of the Student Council.
