ZUT School of Eagles awarded in "Super M" competition 12.03.2026 14:27

ZUT School of Eagles received the title of "Super M" competition finalist in category "Educational Institutions".

The competition on the best mentoring programs "Super M" is organized by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Poland (EMCCP) and it aims at promoting the highest quality standards stated by EMCC Global (ISMCP – International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programs). To become a finalist a company, a non-governmental organization or a an educational institution have to organize activities that meet the key ISMCP standards, assuring high quality and safety in mentoring relations.

The award in the competition is the right to use the prestigious title of "Super M"  finalist, honoree or winner, together with the indication of the year the prize was granted. All awardees also receive symbolic statuettes. Thanks to the competition, a community of mentoring programs organizers, who ensure the highest standards and share good practice, is developing in Poland.

The School of Eagles has operated at ZUT since 2019. In total in its seven subsequent editions it has already supported in their scientific development almost 60 students from 10 faculties. Its initiator, founder, and director is Piotr Sulikowski, PhD, DSc from the Faculty of Information Technology.

In years 2019-2023 the School activities were funded within the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development  (Program Operacyjny Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój POWER) co-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF+) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science.

ZUT students' research activity within the School of Eagles contributed to developing around 50 publications and conference presentations, and consequently, to winning prestigious awards in national and international competitions and scholarships, including the Ministry of Science scholarship for outstanding scientific achievements.

The School of Eagles is an excellent start in scientific career in the Doctoral School, it opens employment perspectives in different kinds of research and R&D projects, but what is the most important, it teaches step by step how to fulfill one’s dreams – for instance, on studying in the U.S.
