The main entrance to the building is from the car park. There are tram stops "Żołnierska" and a bus stop located 100 m away from the building. The entrance to the area next to the building leads through an open gate with large widths.

- There are stairs equipped with railings on both sides, next to which there is a ramp for wheelchairs, equipped with railings on both sides
- There is a door that opens automatically
- The entrance on the side wall of the building leads to the basement level. There are stairs not equipped with any railings and a ramp for wheelchairs equipped with a railing on one side
Inside the building:
- There are stairs equipped with railings on both sides
- There is a lift serving all levels of the facility, equipped with a railing. The lift door opens and closes automatically and is equipped with sensors
- The lift is not equipped with light and sound arrival signals
- The lift is not equipped with voice announcements. Inside there is a display showing the floor number
- The lift has no Braille buttons
- The traffic routes are wide enough
- In the basement corridor, there is a ramp equipped with railings on both sides
- On the access to Classroom no. 003, there is a ramp equipped with a railing on one side
- A toilet adapted for the disabled is located on the ground floor

There are 2 parking spaces for the disabled located opposite the main entrance.

The main entrance to the building:
- There are no stairs. There are 2 ramps on both sides of the pavement, equipped with railings on both sides
- There is a door that opens automatically
- The 2nd entrance is 20 m away, on the same wall of the building. In front of the door, there is a step
Inside the building:
- There are stairs equipped with railings on both sides
- There is a lift serving all levels of the facility, equipped with a railing. The lift door opens and closes automatically and is equipped with sensors
- The lift is equipped with light and sound arrival signals, sound door opening signals and a display showing the floor number
- The lift is not equipped with voice announcements.
- The lift has Braille buttons
- The traffic routes are wide enough
- Computer room no. 300 is provided with equipment for people with disabilities in the form of a Braille printer, a keyboard with large and contrasting descriptions of keys, an electronic magnifying glass and a reading software.
- Toilets adapted for the disabled are located on each floor
