Awards for diploma thesis granted 05.02.2019 14:24

On January 18, 2019 the Awards of the Mayor of the City of Szczecin for the best master's thesis and thesis directed at modern technologies and innovations, for the best scientific work with commercial use and in the humanities were presented.

One of the most important tasks local government is facing is creating conditions for economic development that takes into account modern technologies and innovations. This is reflected by achievements of Szczecin's science applied in the economy. The competitions have been held since 2008 and are addressed to young researchers and graduates of Szczecin's universities. This year, for the first time, prizes in the field of humanities were awarded.

Award of the Mayor of Szczecin for the best doctoral thesis focused on modern technologies and innovations Ph.D Eng. Dariusz Pulikowski for " Experimental and numerical investigation of the winding process of superconducting coils made of multi-strand Rutherford-type Nb₃Sn cable".
