Professor Jacek Wróbel, rector of the university, implemented the Gender Equality Plan on 10 February 2022. Its main objective is to promote equality and diversity as those principles that affect the well-being of those working and studying at the university.
The West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin plans to accomplish five goals. Especially ZUT aims to raise awareness among the university community about discrimination and the principles of equal treatment. ZUT will prepare anti-discrimination training for the entire academic community.
