Wydaje się, że problem został usunięty w dniu 21 stycznia, ale Elsevier poprosił nas, aby poczekać do 24 stycznia na ostateczne wyjaśnienie. Autorów prosimy o zwrócenie uwagi przy wypełnianiu formularza tak, aby omyłkowo nie wybrać opcji publikowania na koszt autora. Prawidłowa opcja powinna zawierać informację:
"As a corresponding author affiliated with a Polish institution I have opportunity to publish open access. I do not have to pay an Article Publishing Charge (APC). Upon validation, the agreement between Elsevier and the Polish national consortium will cover the APC according to the rules of the Open Access pilot program in Poland.”
